This research takes a sociological perspective on astrology in an effort to decipher why the discipline is so deeply ingrained in the contemporary spiritual beliefs and practices of so many different cultures. Even though astrology has been around for quite some time, it has become significantly more significant in the modern world due to its association with spirituality, self-help, and the quest for life's real purpose. contemporary spiritual disciplines such as mindfulness, self-improvement, and holistic wellness incorporate astrology as a tool for gaining insight into one's identity, life purpose, and emotional well-being. the study of astrology's role in people's spiritual practices and daily lives by combining anthropological observation, sociocultural analysis, and in-depth interviews. Through astrology, individuals can access a sense of direction, a connection to the cosmos, and insight into their personal struggles as they navigate life's challenges. A unique insight that astrology may give might lead to introspection and a more active part in one's emotional and spiritual life, which is why it is still popular in modern spirituality.
